Our mainframe systems run in a networked environment on a VMS operating system, and we run sophisticated relational databases over our network to provide made-to-measure solutions for our clients and personnel.

We use RAID (redundant array of independant drives) technology for our production and archive systems. This mirroring provides us with high-level stability, and enables us to keep our operations running without time-consuming downtime typically required for system back-ups or resulting from disk failures.

We employ Voice Over Internet Protocol (VOIP), document imaging and voice recognition, and have our own network of digital T1 lines across the country.

We have EDI experience, and have the flexibility to develop B2B solutions to suit your needs. We use bar-code technology to track files and to record shipment statuses. We have hundreds of clients who use our internet services to access customs, tracking, accounting and statistical information on our mainframe.

We communicate electronically with Customs to report the loading and to obtain the release of your goods, and with the Department of Foreign Affairs to obtain your import and export permits. Our mainframe is equipped to substitute fax for electronic communications where our trading partners are not yet ready.
